How long does it take to receive my custom neon sign?
Most orders are produced in 5–7 business days and delivered within 7–12 days depending on your location. You’ll get tracking as soon as it ships.
Can I see a preview before you make the sign?
Yes. We create a digital mockup after you place your order. You can request changes before production begins.
Are the LED neon signs safe?
They’re made with low-voltage, energy-efficient LED tubing. They don’t heat up, don’t shatter, and are safe for homes, offices, and events.
What materials do you use?
We use flexible LED neon tubing mounted on high-quality acrylic backing. It’s lightweight, durable, and long-lasting.
How do I install the sign?
Each sign comes with pre-drilled holes and mounting hardware. Most customers mount it in a few minutes. You can also request adhesive backing if you prefer.
Can the sign be dimmed?
Yes. Every sign includes a remote that lets you dim, brighten, or adjust lighting modes.
Can I use the sign outdoors?
Yes, but you need to choose the waterproof option at checkout. Standard signs are for indoor use only.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
If anything arrives broken or not working, send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace it at no cost.
How long does the sign last?
LED neon signs typically last 30,000+ hours, which is several years of use even if you turn it on daily.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Because each sign is custom-made, we can only cancel orders before production starts. Once we begin creating your sign, cancellations or refunds aren’t possible unless the product is faulty.
